Ben has been part of DSL since 2010 and brings a wealth of experience. With a trade background and strong electrical expertise, he combines wide-ranging business knowledge with strategic thinking and a natural ability to see the bigger picture.

A highly experienced Quantity Surveyor, Geoff has worked with DSL for over 35 years.

An extremely knowledgeable Projects Director, with over 4 decades broad experience in the construction industry. Colin has been with DSL since 2018.

Maria has been with DSL for 13 years, has a trade background, and wide experience as an estimator, surveyor and contracts manager.

An ex-member of HM Forces, Mark has been with DSL, since 1987. Many years within the H&V industry have resulted in broad technical knowledge and expertise.

Qualified to degree level, Leigh has over 20 years’ experience in mechanical engineering systems design. Leigh has been with DSL for 9 years.

Sophie joined DSL in the summer of 2024 as we brought more of our finance functions in-house. Sophie has 20 years’ experience in accounting, starting in practice before moving into industry.

Harry has been with DSL since 2014, joining us after graduating from university, and has progressed through estimating to become our Lead Contracts Engineer.

Hollie joined DSL in 2020, as Trainee HSEQ Manager, and achieved NEBOSH certification in 2025.
